To order a custom board, simply tell us what you want your board to do and leave the rest to us — you’ll be talking directly to the shaper!

Ordering a board is as easy as 1-2-3…

Step one: Shape and size — if you’re not certain, we can help you decide.

Step two: Options you’d like — footstraps, fins, pads, etc.

Step three: Color and graphics (this is often the toughest choice — we can help you decide based on your desires, and price range). Look through our galleries to see if there is a design or color you like.

WHAT WE’D LIKE TO KNOW…

• Kite or sail sizes you will be using with your new board
• Your weight (age helps too)
  
• Board size(s) you are riding now
• Riding conditions (flat water, chop, waves, etc)
• Experience level
• Riding style (freeride, waves, freestyle, wakestyle or all-round riding)
• Single-color graphics are standard on all boards; full-color air-brushed graphics are optional

DELIVERY

Usually 2 to 3 weeks for kiteboards, and 3 to 4 weeks for sailboards and SUP boards after you place your order. Shipping kiteboards is by UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or Canada Post. Sailboards and SUPs are shipped via truck. We will give you an estimated time of delivery and shipping charges if you wish when you order. Boards are packaged securely, and are insured for the full value.

WARRANTY

Rogue Wave boards are of the highest quality and are guaranteed for the lifetime of the original purchaser to be free of defects in materials or craftsmanship. Any product determined to be defective will be promptly repaired or replaced, at our sole discretion. This warranty covers manufacturing defects that are not caused by normal wear and tear involved in the use of the product. It does not cover products that are subjected to crash damage, misuse, abuse, or that are damaged from improper care.
